I had an appointment scheduled and reached out to let them know I couldn’t make it because my grandma passed away. There was no understanding or sympathy shown about the situation. I’ve tried multiple times to reschedule and get a response, but I haven’t heard back. On top of that, I was told I’d have to pay another $20 to book again, even though I already paid a deposit for the missed appointment. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

10/10 amazing customer service, the vibe in the whole room was unmatched. I love everything about the service I received and how well I was taken care of. I've had my lashes on for a month and they are still in tack. Definitely recommend 😊👍🏾
