Kasi is so friendly and always knows exactly how and what to do. My skin is very sensitive and I have never had any issues with any product used. Since starting regular biweekly facials my skin has cleared up completely and you would never be able to tell I ever had adult acne. She also is so grate at waxing that it hardly hurts at all. Don't hesatat. Best estition in Portland area. You can tell she really cares about her clients and career.

My friend and I purchased a Groupon. It took me days to finally get ahold of someone because nobody answered the phone, returned my multiple voicemails, and they didn’t have a answering machine stating the business. I finally contacted them on Facebook and they gave me a different number to call and someone else to contact on Facebook... super professional... When finally someone did get respond after 6 voicemails, they were full. Thankfully by that time we were able to contact Groupon and get a refund. I would not recommend... read more
