They don’t answer the phone ever, left several messages because their online system to book appointments had absolutely nothing available and I had already paid in Groupon. They say they don’t answer phones because they have an online booking system (that doesn’t work) and they do listen o the messages but don’t return the calls. good staff, clean environment, very friendly. Very comfortable environment. I changed my rating because although I was in a monthly subscription (and had paid for the current month), when I missed the appointment due to family emergency, they billed a credit card to which I didn't give permission to bill. I had used it to pay for an additional service in the past. So they do keep your credit card info without your permission. I had a great facial. I can see a difference. My only issue is they r so hard to in contact with personally.
The best place for self-care services!! I tried this place many years ago, as a Groupon, and now this is the only place I go! It's clean. Smells good. The staff is extremely professional, nice, accommodating, & timely. Ashley is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Oh and the playlist is the best....always has great music playing. Setting the vibes down the experience. I highly recommend this location and Ashley for your self-care services. Theeee best. I love it there!
First time ever getting a facial I book with ashely she was very professional she walked me through what I will be getting and what to expect and also after my service, she also gave me a list of recommendations. I can use for my skin at home.
