good staff, clean environment, very friendly. Very comfortable environment. I changed my rating because although I was in a monthly subscription (and had paid for the current month), when I missed the appointment due to family emergency, they billed a credit card to which I didn't give permission to bill. I had used it to pay for an additional service in the past. So they do keep your credit card info without your permission. Received a facial by Ashley it was decent and her service was good however for the price I was expecting a little more as I have with other establishments. My only negative is being out in the open I personally prefer a private room dimmed lighting and soft Spa music or light Jazz however the establishment is clean cute and everyone seemed professional.

Great artwork, beautiful Space, prefer jazz or spa music, like the Keurig hot chocolate, didn't like being out in the open, prefer to be behind closed doors or curtain, good treatment, needed a cape, liked the barber hot face towel, nice.

I went in for a facial last month. I had a new esthetician, she said she was also new working there. She pushed new products/ services a few times when I really just wanted to relax since I don't get facials often. I also needed extractions (came with the facial) and I mentioned that as one of the main reasons I was there only for her to only do a few. This was quite possibly the worst experience of small business customer service as well as the service itself experience I've had in a long time. My treatment person was 20 minutes late. No apology, and then they wouldn't even make eye contact, making it seem as though it was my fault. This was supposed to be my self care, and right now, I'm on the verge of tears because of the way I was treated. My demeanor throughout was calm and giving bc I wanted to enjoy my me time.
