Today was our first time at Katrina’s salon, and won’t be our last. I didn’t even mention to her that my daughter was Autistic and due to a speech delay sometimes needs instructions simplified. She was so patient with my girl and even tho I answered for her she still made sure my daughter approved! I appreciated that so much! She was so kind, so gentle and explained every part of the process even giving my daughter time to think before her response. And Gigi the dog was a fun surprise!
Katrina is nothing short of a hair goddesses! She gave me a completely different hair style than I have had for years. It looks fantastic! She is so gifted and talented, I am so glad that I found her!!
Katrina is the best hairstylist in Rochester. I got the most perfect haircut I could have only imagined. Very detail oriented and elegant in her work, Thankyou!
