Amber did awesome on my acrylic french style manicure full nail set. I love them 💗
They have no proper scheduling system. I called ahead of time to see if they had 2 available openings for a walk in, they said YES. I drove 30 mins and when I got there, now they only have opening for one. They didn’t even offer an apology for their mistake then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to make another appointment like?
I’m new in town. I liked the concept of this seemingly family owned salon and wanted to support. Although I can’t say I’ve gotten the best of service. It’s close to my house and I’m lazy sometimes. The filing is always off, uneven and thick nails are what I’m left with in addition to sloppy polish jobs and sharp pointed tips on top of square/coffin nails that scratch. Idk how this place still makes business, they have horrible service and their prices are wayyy too high. They have a young girl who practices at a desk and she charges like she’s a professional. They tried to charge me $100 for a short set with minimum design. I left and never came back. My friend a year ago went to go do her nails for the first day of school.
