This is my SECOND time posting this review. Unfortunately, my first visit to this nail salon will most likely be my last. I chose this salon based on the online reviews and came in with high expectations. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt off. I was barely greeted, the setup seemed disorganized, and there were no visible menus or price lists. After my last experience it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I booked an appointment with my original nail tech Ambar and she let me know a few days prior the appointment she wasn’t able to make it due to personal issues and asked if i could come a different day, unfortunately i couldn’t so i booked with someone else. As a first-time customer, I booked an appointment with Master Nail Tech Ingrid through the salon’s website the day before my appointment, exactly as instructed. I received multiple confirmation text messages, so I had every reason to believe my appointment was confirmed. My 2 daughters and I have tried so many places in the Warren-Watchung area. We really love the way our nails look, how long they last, and how healthy they remain since we’ve been going to Fabulux.
They are experts when it comes to hard gel manicure and pedicure. My nail tech Dayana is super sweet, takes her time, and you feel like she's passionate about perfecting her craft and making you happy. You really get what you pay for, and I'm thankful for my neighbor for connecting me to this place since I moved here from New York !
