I am writing to share my experience with this business after agreeing to them conducting a preliminary cleaning of my home. When i spoke to their representative on the phone, she explained the pricing range of such a cleaning and i, in good, faith provided them my credit card number. After the cleaning, I was never contacted again until I found the maximum charge on my credit card statement.
