These people ruined my hair. This is one day after what’s supposed to be a silk press, if you don’t know how to do something why do it anyway? This lady told me this would last me 2-3 weeks besides this, she was so unprofessional, screaming and yelling in my ear talking to her co workers. It took her 3hrs to do my hair nd she had a nerve to say it was my hair texture. My hair smells burned in so upset.

Went in with my own hair. Two different colors because I hadn't decided which color to choose. Got home and discovered they had stolen all of my extra hair. On top of that they quoted me $160, then started braiding my hair and said it would be $260 because they braided it longer. Nobody asked them to make the hair longer. I should have left then but was nice and thought it was a misunderstanding until I realized they stole my hair. They are sneaky thieves and not to be trusted. My hairstyle did turn out nice though.

called the owner a week in advance, we spoke on the phone and she told me the style would be $190. she told me i would have to get my own hair for the curls on the braids, she then said she had the hair herself and not to buy it. when i went on the day of my appointment she told me the curls would be an extra $15 which i had to pay for upfront. i didn’t have cash on me so i told her i could go get it which she said i didn’t have to. once it came down to the end of my appointment she told me the total was $250. i told her she... read more
