called the owner a week in advance, we spoke on the phone and she told me the style would be $190. she told me i would have to get my own hair for the curls on the braids, she then said she had the hair herself and not to buy it. when i went on the day of my appointment she told me the curls would be an extra $15 which i had to pay for upfront. i didn’t have cash on me so i told her i could go get it which she said i didn’t have to. once it came down to the end of my appointment she told me the total was $250. i told her she... read more
I Love the owner and the prices are decent for a retwist
Was told that the salon does locs very well, so I recommended it to my friend who is Hispanic and wanted locs. I wish I never did that as I seem to have ruined her hair by sending her to this salon. There was no communication from the hairstylist. They just started locking her hair without asking how she might want the size or anything like that. Spoke to the manager over the phone and she was very aggressive and called my friend a liar. Would not recommend for anyone to ever experience such poor management. UPDATE: the owne... read more
