Out of 5 stars I rate these girls a 6!! Forget that, I rate them a 10!!! These girls made me feel like we family and they helped me find the glasses that make me look like the QUEEN that I am! I recommend this optical 150%! The girls, Kiara, Naomi and Raiza are absolutely divine. I also sent my neighbors and my son to this optical! You wanna look stylish and get a bang for your buck and you wanna feel like family this is the optical for you!! Tell them Nancy sent ya!
Small store but it has excellent service. The staff was very helpful and patient. The young lady who was assisting me even went to storage to bring me frames that weren't in the display cases. After a long time, I finally got two frames that I liked. The price isn't bad either. Here I got two pairs of glasses that only got me one in Chinatown and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. The workers here are amazing very friendly communication is very good very helpful understand and goes above and beyond
Spent 12 minutes on hold just to speak with a receptionist who clearly hates her job, the clinic, and possibly the concept of sight itself. They excel at eye care, mostly because talking to the staff will make you roll your eyes back permanently.
