I was told to wait for a week but we did not get the glasses. When I called and asked, they told me to wait for three weeks, we do not have time. They lied just to get money. Very bad experience.
They tried scamming me . My insurance covers 100% for the frames and lenses . They tried overcharging me and saying how my insurance only offers 30% and had to pay $400 for non-brand glasses. How does that make sense? I called my insurance and they verified I have full coverage for frames/lenses . Who would pay $400 for non branded glasses when branded ones are cheaper ???
I ordered my glasses from the manager and she did my glasses wrong now she is telling me I have to pay to redo the glasses. This is the worst place I would never recommend this place or go back there. WORST PLACE TO GO FOR GLASSES. Manager is the worst
