Made an appointment for 1:30 and sat there for 30 minutes while there were techs sitting on their phones doing nothing. I checked in on time and walk ins who came for the same service were taken care of before me. Very poor customer service, do not recommend!!
A COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been coming to this salon faithfully for almost two years. I mean every 2 weeks I'm getting my nails, my feet, and eyebrows done. I just left this shop and my nails have never looked so UGLY then they are right now. The experience was one that I will never forget. I asked the nail tech not to twist my thumb because I was injured and came in there in a brace. I had to keep reminding him because he kept doing it. They always take great care of me! The staff are friendly and I love that they take walk ins.
Went for the first time as a birthday gift. Staff were very friendly & it was a clean environment. Shayna did a great job with a freestyle design on my nails. I will definitely be back!
