My husband and I enjoy a pedicure each month with Elli and Holly. Both ladies are attentive and provide an excellent service.
My husband and I had an appointment for 11 am, to get a manicure and pedicure. We got our pedicure and we waited for more than 45 minutes before we left without get our manicure. I don't understand the point in making appointments if we still have to wait with the walk-ins. The owner or manager acted like it wasn't a big deal or that's normal.
