Not so fabulous! They broke two blinds while cleaning them and although I said it was okay because I had extra it was just the fact that it happened and not reported by the employee. The owner said they report all incidences but obviously not. Put a dent in my microwave. Left some cobwebs that I had to go around and redo. I was still willing to overlook the small things because I thought maybe I am just picky .
