Thank you Sonya, for making me a happy customer. This was my first time going to Sonya. Good vibes and good energy. I love my hair. Already booked my next appointment.
I called and asked her if she had any openings the next day and she told me she would reach back out and see if she could fit me in. Never heard back. All she had to do was say no because I was hoping to get my hair done and was waiting to hear back from her. Bad business when you don’t communicate back with a possible new client. Be straight up don’t play games, we too grown for that. So I took my money elsewhere.
