The project took a little longer than I thought. But I think it worth the time as the outcome is great. Clean and shinning floors.
Disappointing and frustrating experience. Schedule three weeks out to have them come on a Monday and they said they would arrive between 8-8:30am. I waited until 8:45am and called them and they said there were running late and would arrive at 9:30am. After that I waited until 9:45am and called and got no answer. I called again at 10:30 and 11:30am and still no answer. At this point I had to take a day off from work because I missed a couple meetings.
