I am without a doubt disgusted by the service I received from this shop. I found out about it because I work close to the area and saw it in passing. I walked in and thought it was a very nice place. What I loved the most is they say they are "Experts" with natural hair. I was recommended to the stylist I went to by someone that works there (I think that was a bad move from the jump). Thank you for getting me in and out I wanted to take a piece of my day to commend Fabulocs on their outstanding effort to resolve an issue I had with scheduling my appointment. The receptionist and I had two different appointment times and I had a very important event to attend the same day! These ladies worked on me 2 at a time to get me in and out! These days this is just unusual. Thank you for being the exceptional salon that you are and I will definitely be spreading the word!

My Fabulocs Journey....Great Salon I've been wearing natural hair for the last 10.5 years. Often having a hard time finding reputable salons whose work spoke for itself. Professional and Courteous When I first contacted Fabulocs, Denise answered the telephone, I asked her a million and one questions, Denise answered everyone and by my request we scheduled a consultation. Gorgeous place I've heard about this salon but was unaware of where they were located, I would call the salon and the response time was slow. Sometimes no one would answer. Finally I get an appointment, my stylist was India, does an amazing job on my hair. The style last for weeks. I forgot her number and so I had to call the shop again, but this time I get Denise. Will miss my favorite place!! I always get my hair done by my favorite friend and stylist. When she told me that she was working at this salon I was happy cause that ment now we got out of my apartment and finally into a real salon. She showed me to this big spacious building that is modern on the inside. They also have a message therapist and facial person. I knew I was at the right spot. The person who knew me best One of my co workers recommended me to Fabulocs. I had the pleasure to get my hair done by a beautiful stylist named India. She told me about my hair everything that I needed to know, she was patient with me because I kept asking questions, then when it came down to the style I wanted, I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted but me helped me out. Fabulocs, my favorite salon! I went to Fabulocs and they did an incredible job on my locs. Aishah was wonderful. I loved the environment and the work. They were professional and I felt like Aishah put all of her attention onto my head. I went to work and my co-workers were all over my new do! Very Upset!!! I was very disappointed with Fabulocs and the owner. First she (owner) told me she was going to do Sista Locs, then changed to Micro locs. That was cool, but when she did my Micro Locs, she only locked 1/4 to 1/2 of my hair. She told me she didn't want to loc my entire head; she wanted to keep my natural curl. She is the Loctitition so I thought she was the expert. Months later, the hair she never locked became thick and ugly. Parts of my hair were locked, the rest was a big mess.
