I am without a doubt disgusted by the service I received from this shop. I found out about it because I work close to the area and saw it in passing. I walked in and thought it was a very nice place. What I loved the most is they say they are "Experts" with natural hair. I was recommended to the stylist I went to by someone that works there (I think that was a bad move from the jump).
