I had the worst polish change today at 3 pm. The older gal that was relaxing on one of the chairs and seemed bothered I wanted a polish change. She was very dismissive, rough in trimming and filing my toes. When I was done there was filing powder all over my feet she didnt wipe up. I was putting my shoes on and she was waiting on me for a minute then walks out to a car to talk with some lady. The other gal took my money. I gave her a small tip. But probably should've left nothing. Terrible service!!
I am in love with these nails the nail tech was so sweet and caring and made sure if I like something or didnt like something loved chatting with her. I can see she’s very good at her work she did an amazing job and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable I’m definitely coming back! 🫶
Alright the first photo is what I wanted and the ones after are what I got, and I am super impressed! I’ve been coming here for a while and quite picky about designs, Natalie is so patient and did such an amazing job; the quality is just perfection! My acrylics usually last for almost a month and I am an active person, my job requires me to treat them quite harshly and they stayed on for a REALLY long time (almost a month) Definitely would recommend!
