They are literally selling used /degraded/ warranty replaced panels that have been stored face down outside. Wow! So far I am very impressed with their customer service skills and ethics. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the product and others. I was very very pleased with their prompt shipping methods! I ordered a product over the phone and mentioned I was indeed needing the products i ordered ASAP. The same day I made my order they were on a USPS truck with a tracking number. Very cool. I look forward to updating this review when the parts arrive.
