Worst customer service I have experienced in a management company. They have a phone number they do not repond to. They are not proactive in managing. They make getting something done a complete burden because of their inabilty.
They raise our HOA fee every year and expect you to pay it on time. When you try to have something done in the complex which they are responsible for your going to wait for months. Horrible.
Zero communication or follow through.
