They will not refund my money for a defective product that the distributor refunded them for. I want my money back for a defective product. This salon will not take my phone calls anymore. They are the worst,!
Linda is the best. She always takes the time to discuss your preferences and makes suggestions based on your personal hair type. I've had long hair for 35 years and wanted a change and was going to go extremely short. Linda made a great suggestion to go just above shoulder length instead of a drastic change due to the fact that I had never had very short hair.
