I trusted this salon with my hair and walked out completely shocked by the result. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The way customers are treated at this place is completely unacceptable. From the moment I dealt with them, I felt disrespected and disappointed. Their staff seriously needs training on how to communicate with and treat clients professionally. A business can have good products or services, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated.
