They are sending me spam text messages that dont involve me. I have never heard of this company and I have received 3 separate texts confirming an appointment with a Mark Critchton. Never heard of this business or this person. Do not go to a company who sends out information to random people without double checking anything.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I had booked an appointment and even had to adjust it based on the salon’s recommendation. During our conversation, I made it clear that I have curly hair, so there should have been no surprises when I showed up.
