Austin is so lucky to have such an incredible vegan restaurant. Fabrik manages to have the best and most creative food I’ve ever had without being uninviting or stuffy. Staff are so kind and always go out of their way to make every visit special.
Amazing food. I’ve even tried so many vegan Michelin restaurants/vegan tasting menu and this was probably top two. Amazing food, great service. Will definitely be back

Part carney and part game show host, our waiter took the air out of the room with long-winded introductions of how this course "made him crap himself" and this course "nearly gave me an embolism on the first bite". Please. for the love of God . stop talking.
