The absolute best restaurant in all of Austin and one of the very best I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world. Absolute art. I can’t recommend it any higher. It’s amazing.
Update: I appreciate the response from Fabrik and it's helpful to others, so I won't delete my review! I'll send y'all a text, thanks. Original: Won't allow a reservation for one. You know, people DO travel for work or just like to enjoy a meal solo.
Fabrik was incredible, such a unique plant‑based experience. I’m really glad to see it thriving. It’s tough to snag a reservation, so definitely try to book well in advance. I’ve been wanting to go back, but it’s always fully booked. Honestly, I’m happy they’re so busy, and I know I’ll get my chance to experience it again. In the meantime, I love that more people are getting to enjoy it!
