Oh. My. God. The food was PHENOMENAL. I may be drooling a little as I write this. Every bite of every item in every course was absolutely packed with flavor — a flavor bomb, if you will. We just had our first meal at Fabrik’s new location, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! The current summer menu might be the best tasting menu they’ve created yet. Fabrik is truly one of the best spots in town for fine dining and exceptional vegan food. Even my meat-loving husband always enjoys dining here! We’re already looking forward to coming back in October to celebrate my birthday and try the fall menu!

I don’t cry over food. Fabrik changed that. Verdant is the dish that actually brought tears to my eyes. Then came the eight-course tasting with wine pairing, one of the best meals I’ve had. Every dish was an explosion of flavor, but nothing was overwhelming, everything complemented everything else. Pickled & Smoked and Shades of Green are the two I still can’t stop thinking about.
