I don’t cry over food. Fabrik changed that. Verdant is the dish that actually brought tears to my eyes. Then came the eight-course tasting with wine pairing, one of the best meals I’ve had. It has been a few years since my last meal at Fabrik, and it was once again a delicious experience! The approach, flavors and plating are a lot more sophisticated and finessed, with some very creative offerings on the tasting menu.
