The work was done in a timely matter. And very beautiful. Very professional and high-quality fabrics were used it made the five pieces look very expensive. Thanks, we love our pieces. Ella Custom, we highly recommend.
We had agreed on pricing and pick-up date of my sofa. I bought the fabric as Ella suggested - two days before pick-up of my sofa, Ella cancelled and told me her people don’t feel comfortable coming to my house to pick up my sofa to take to her shop. Not professional service, poor communication, and unreliable!
Ella is very detailed and does excellent work. Her prices are good and her personality is charming. She was very quick to get our rocking chair covered.
