I called on 4/7/25 and and to asked to they had a plasma cutting capability. I had a job for a local establishment that wanted to make a "brand" for burning their logo in to wood. The woman told me to wait a moment - I could hear the phone ringing as she attempted to connect me. She came back a moment later and rudely told me to remove her from my list, and hung up on me. If you're local to Granbury, surely there are nicer folks to deal with.
