We did a post-construction cleaning for this company & have yet to be paid for it. All I have received is excuse after excuse from Charles Danys. Said he was paid by homeowner and he would send payment, never did. Then his “phone broke and couldn’t send money”. It’s been two months and no payment. We are a local small business, made up of working moms - we were not paid for a service that we provided. If payment is received, I’ll be happy to remove this review. Chuck and his crew provided excellent professional service for us! We needed to cut our laundry room countertop so we could fit our new washer and dryer and they came to the rescue. After completing the cut out, our laundry room was spotless of any dust or debris leaving the room better than it was before they arrived. I would highly recommend them for any countertop needs!

they 'bought' a remnant from us, came to pick up the remnant, dropped a check off but the check bounced. We've called over and over again, tried emailing, resent the invoice multiple times, never heard back. We sent someone from our company to collect the payment with the copy of the invoice and proof that the check bounced. Chuck and his crew really came through for us! We had a few issues with the supplier/vendor but Chuck was relentless in overseeing our situation and resolved it as quickly as possible. I must say, his dedicated team impressed me with their ability to bookmatch our large island counter flawlessly and skillfully cut those tricky angles for the backsplash. I made appointment with them to quote polishing and sealing of my granite. Appointment was for Friday 9 -10 am. At 10 I called and was told the crew had left and may be on the way and she would check and call me back...no call. I called back at 1130 and was told she called the owner and he would call me. Still no one called me. That's a disappointment since I waited for 3 hours without the courtesy of a call back. Good luck!!
