Mr. Fabre is a nice and respectful individual, but I didn't pay him to be my friend. This guy will take your case and tell you that he can help. However, his problem is that he is not persistent. He will try one time to get you deserve, and if he fails, he will politely let you know that he doesn't have the time anymore.
