Great dentist and hygienist.
They obtained information from another dental office without my consent, breaching HIPPA. Then used that information to manipulate my dental claim with my insurance to charge for a higher reimbursement CPT code than the procedure that I had. Essentially charging for a procedure that I did NOT receive, which is insurance fraud. I called my insurance company and they documented my complaint.
