I had a really bad experience with this company. I don't mind doing a lot of stops but this company is doing a lot of residential deliveries. I was in some places where trucks should not go like San Francisco. Especially be aware of their costumer in Acton, CA. His place is located on the top of the hill . It is really hard to access his place and when you wanna get out you must backup in his neighbor driveway where I made a damage only because I listened to this guy who was guiding me when I was backing up. My experience was poor. I signed up to haul a load from their facility on a Friday. I left my trailer there at 7am. The load number 2490285 was cancelled in the afternoon. I signed up for another load 2492607 Monday morning. I was there at 7am. The load was cancelled at noon. Very poor service. I will no longer haul their products. This was not the brokers fault so I refrained from acting against them. Shipping and production were at fault. I recieved a minimal no use truck fee.
