I will never go back to buying store bought pasta. I made a white wine butter sauce with the campanelle and added shrimp… incredible. I cannot wait to try everything they have!
I never want to eat dry pasta again. The cavatelli and fettuccine were great and we had enough for multiple meals. The texture of the pasta was really nice and it was so easy to prepare. I also felt that it was much easier to digest and less bloating.
