Do not go here! I had to reschedule my appointment but got voicemail. No one will return your call! When I finally talked to the office manager, she called me a liar and said that I didn't call to reschedule. Now I have a bill of $50 for my missed appointment? Run....
No one calls you back and sometimes takes hours in the office. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I made a 5 min video of the receptionist talking about another gentleman in loud view of other patients.
This office is horrible. They never return calls and all I need is my medical reports emailed or faxed over to my new doctor. Literally takes 3 mins
El doctor Córdoba muy buena atención.El gran problema que tienen es que nadie contesta los teléfonos.Hoy es Octubre 13 del 3025 y estoy llamando desde las 10 am,ningún departamento contesta y en la oficina hay un variado personal trabajando.
The doctor are ok but it takes a week after multiple phone calls and multiple voice messages to get a response or you have to drive to the office to be able to talk to some about appointments or referrals or even for prescriptions I need a prescription asap but they never answer. I live in Avon Park 30 minutes from the office and i have to go for everything. Im done with them , we all leaving to another doctor .
