Fabio and his crew are excellent. I bought a house and ripped out the carpet to find hardwood. The floors had lots of patched areas and scratches. Fabio came in and sanded and refinished them and they look amazing. I can hardly believe they’re the same floors. Their patch jobs are also top notch. Can’t even tell there was ever anything there. Highly recommend Fabio floors. The first two pictures are before the last three are after they finished today.
There is no one better than Fabio and his team when it comes to floors!!!! They started their work 30 minutes after we closed and were able to remove carpet and refinish all of the floors in our 5BR home in 5 days. The team members are kind, professional, courteous, and incredibly hard working. Fabio is always available, extremely clear about the scope of work, and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we want. We truly could not be happier with the finished product and will continue to recommend Fabio to everyone!!!!
The floors are legitimately brand new! We had 13 years of kid and dog (4 dogs) traffic, and they look as if they were just installed. Highly recommend
