So far at the rental department their pretty nice people. Their prices are what they are. They're not the cheapest and then blur items. They are cheaper in others It all depends on what brand you want to use. It's just that I'd advise you if you're dropping off or picking up a machine, do it before 12pm Or after 12;30pm . No one works during lunch.
Service here has really gone down hill. Maybe they have gotten too big so employees just no longer care? I've called multiple times now asking about a hydraulic conversion kit for my excavator, I get sent to the parts dept to get told they don't know, I need to talk to the service dept to get told by them that the parts dept would have to answer my question; when I tell them that is who just transferred me, they say let me get your name and number and they will call me back. Great place to unload Cat parts, they let me in before 7.. I had a counter weight and other parts.. the workers all looked happy 😊 😃!!
