Came in for 963C hydraulic hose, which the back office promptly made and delivered. A very basic oil filter was not in stock. Instead, I drove 9 miles south to a get a Napa one. Getting out the door without waiting for other clients could have been 15-20 minutes faster if someone shared an operator’s time value of money.
