Parts department here is the worst. Everytime I come here and pick up parts they run around like chickens with no head

Don’t you just love it when a business can’t return a phone call or email when you want to spend money with them?? Tried to inquire about a machine they had for sale. First I used their online contact form, waited a day or two, then I called and could not even reach a sales person directly. Someone who I spoke to took all my information and then I proceeded to never hear from anyone once again.
