I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room. As soon as I entered, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. The smell remained throughout my stay. It was difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep because of the persistent bad smell. Very bad. Not the stay but the charges. Charged us twice. When we booked they agreed upon the charges of 1700 but later they charged me 1200 + 150 extra. Even I tried to talk through but they never listened. For the 2nd room they charged 2500 more then the 1st one. From hotel even I was getting calls back to back to pay them the rest even before check out. The rooms were completely unhygienic. Cockroaches everywhere. Sheets were torn, washrooms too didn't seem clean, window had all pigeon droppings and I don't think the hotel has ever cleant that. We asked for a room change but unfortunately that too was the same. They cleant our room even though we didn't ask for it and my expensive watch went missing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was at a loss from all ends
