The property requires immediate and extensive pest control, as there were numerous large cockroaches and other insects inside the room, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Another major concern is that the property does not have a restaurant, yet bookings are still being accepted with breakfast included. This creates a mismatch between the services promised and those actually available. On the positive side, most of the staff were courteous and helpful.
