"My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing and definitely not value for money. Despite the high expectations, the overall experience was underwhelming. The rooms were not as well-maintained as advertised, and the amenities provided did not justify the premium price charged. Service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.
