Very disappointing experience. The room was much dirtier and poorly maintained than shown in the Booking.com photos. We had already paid for an AC room, yet reception demanded an additional ₹400 for AC, claiming their price was higher than Booking.com. Very poor transparency and service. Not recommended.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again!
