Didn't get the security refund of Rs 10,870 even after the property is taken over by amrit residency from nyra pg. Reason shared in september 2025 was that property was not transfered to their name and now they are running fab hotels. Also, got confirmation from care taker that refund will be credited within 5 days but not received till yet. Served the notice period.Request to the owner to refund the hard earned money. Hi, not received any communication or refund from the owner/ Caretaker as mentioned in the response

⚠️ Honest Booking Experience – Please Read Before Booking I recently booked FabHotel Amrit Residency through MakeMyTrip on 6 Feb 2026 , and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing and stressful. When I reached the location mentioned in the booking, the hotel was not there. After contacting FabHotels support, they provided the owner’s number. Room that i booked is totally different than the images shown in website itself. Room size is smaller not even hygenic.

Amrit Residency is a great PG chain around this area. Have stayed at this property for a long time, food is good, and the property location is wonderful. The manger and owners are very flexible and professional.
