My boyfriend worked for them for over a year. I have worked with my boyfriend before he is one of the hardest working people I know. He was suffering from constipation and had missed so other time due to issues stemming from Gerd and other digestive problems when he asked if he could use his sick time to go to the hospital they fired him. Good people. While looking into finishing a bonus room in our house and trying to confirm the capacities of the design, the original builder couldn’t be bothered to even return a phone call or email but Scott at Fabco actually dug around and found the drawings from 9 yrs ago for our trusses. He was very informative and patient while explaining our options. Above and beyond customer service, which you rarely see today. Thank you!

this company is outstanding! goes about and beyond what is expected of a company. There was a mess up on the lumber company's end and our address was not sent to fabco. We called fabco at the end of the day to find out about our trusses and were told that they couldn't deliver because the lumber company we dealt with wouldn't give out our contact/delivery info.
