A while back I purchased a dress for an out of town event. The dress sleeve stitching immediately broke when I put the dress on (billowed sleeve that was cinched at the wrist, now wide open) I was unable to wear the dress and wore a backup instead. AFTER asking what their return policy is and realizing it is only 7 days for a full refund, I go back after 5 days to return some of the tagged unworn items and she says she is sorry she DIDNT KNOW I cant return them (about half of my $500 purchase). I left the items there because her rude manager told me she is gonna "try" the corporate office. Over a month and they have my money AND their items and nothing. Horrible seevice and customer service and business all around
I never leave reviews however, I went into the store almost two weeks ago to make purchases for a trip. However, there was a single staff on floor on her phone behind the register giving 0 attention and not even asking if I needed anything. I was in the store for 35 minutes but not once was asked if I needed help or greeted. For the price point the store is at and the aesthetics you’d think the least you can get is greeted and assistance when customers are inside.
