If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a manicure and gel set. The nail technician butchered my cuticles! Initially I was not going to say anything but, my cuticles have been bleeding for 3 days. And the the nail polish for my gel set flaked off on multiple nails in less than 24 hours after the appointment. I called them told them what happened. I was told to come back in. Great job
My daughter and I came in for pedicures. Navi was so nice and professional. She did a great job on my daughter's pedicure and helped my daughter feel at ease with her very first leg hair waxing. Jan was nice too. She did a nice job on my pedicure.
I will start off with saying I have really bad OCD and so with that being said, I had asked nail tech to fix the shape of my nails on multiple ocassions and I was very pleased on how nice she took it (cause a lot get offended) or just annoyed. You can tell Navi cares about the customers! Thanks so much for putting up with my pickiness! Im happy with your work.
