We happily received our new Plasma table at Mohawk College and we are very pleased with it. Thank you to the Fab-Cut team for a smooth and painless transition from our dead Lockformer system to a new Fab-Cut system. Every step from quoting to commissioning was a pleasant professional experience. I am very happy with the performance and straightforward user interface. I can see why Fab-cut has so many systems in educational facilities. Fab-cuts recommendation on the package we purchased was spot on for our needs!

We renovated our high school shop recently to include a Welding and Fabrication Lab. With our renovation we chose a Fab-Cut Plasma machine after a recommendation from another shop teacher. The CNC plasma from Fab-Cut has worked very well but what has been the most impressive with our purchase has been the customer service! I can't say enough good things about the service and support that I have received from Fab-Cut. Rene has always been a gem to deal with. Recently, although our cutting table was bought several years ago, Shawn walked us through a new issue we were having and didn't stop helping until we were up and running again. This type of service is a throwback to the old days or service and support, that one simply doesn't find these days. I am truly impressed, they really stand behind their products!

Thanks to Sean and Rene for excellent support on an issue on my FAB CUT table. Sean was very help full in sorting out what turne out to be a stuck key on my PC keyboard...in the process update my FlashCut software...and show me a trick on homing XYZ which i wish I would have known years ago. Thanks again Sean and Rene
