I have to write to express how glad I am to have come across this company. I purchased a used Fab-Cut table and this company has treated me the same as if I purchased it new from them. They provided top notch training, updated my software and made sure that my machine was running at 100% for me. We bought our table a little over a year ago and it has been great! Its easy to use and maintain and if I have any questions or concerns the staff at Fab-Cut is above and beyond. Dealing with Shawn or Ken for little questions on how to increase my cut quality or just little tips or tricks to help with nesting parts has been incredibly valuable. Rene, Shawn and the rest of the Fab-Cut team are truly the best. We purchased our 4x8 plasma table late last year, we've never used anything like it, totally new to the CNC plasma world. Right from the first call inquiring about tables with Rene to now this team is worth working with. The training, the help and the continued support is top notch! We shopped around before purchasing our table, and could not be happier that we chose Fab- Cut! Rene was great to deal with and Shawn has been amazing. Their training and support are second to none.
