I’ve stayed with them during my RTF class during RTF and have truly enjoyed my stay. The place was great and any problems or needs for the house were always taken care of quickly. I recommend to anyone and would definitely stay with them again if I return to the academy in the future.
I stayed at the house on Sanabel Court during my course at MMAC and it was perfect. A 5 minute drive from the facility and a 15-20 drive from anywhere else in OKC. The house is new and clean. Rob even went as far as to buy a desk for me so I could use my computer during my stay. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay with a minimal commute, this is the best place you will find.
Awesome place to stay while at the academy. Rob and Sarah are awesome and make sure you have everything you need and the problems are addressed immediately. All the amenities you could need. Definitely recommend staying here!

Spent my en route training staying at one of the new Sanabel Ct. houses, and I would highly recommend staying there. Rob and Sarah were great and quick to fix any issues that came up. Staying less than 5 minutes from the academy changed my experience for the better, and contributed to myself and both of my roommates passing. The house was a great size for study groups. I would absolutely stay there again!
Just graduated en route training, stayed here the entire time. It's much nicer than Kim's place or isola Bella. The living room and kitchen are huge and Rob and Sara are great landlords. I highly recommend staying here and I will be if I have to come back for any other training.
I am late writing a review despite I was their first resident. They are wonderful people and truly want you to have a pleasant stay. They are quick to respond to any situation. I had the master br. It was very large, comfortable bed with a large bathroom, walk in closet, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Two cars can fit in the garage which also has a tornado shelter (just in case). When you want a home away from home this is the place to stay! Less than 15 mins from faa facility and convenient for grocery shopping..etc Clean house in a very nice neighborhood. Rob & Sarah are excellent temp landlords, any issues that may incur they will be sure to rectify it immediately to ease your stay and not to mention having a grill is to bbq with friends is always enjoyable. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
I can't recommend staying here enough. Rob and Sarah are tremendous landlords. The house is very nice. You have every channel on the tv, there is a great grill in the back yard under a covered porch. The internet kept going out so we mentioned it to Rob, the situation was remedied within 2 days, which was the absolute earliest it could have been fixed.
