Wonderful gym with great classes and instructors!
F8 is amazing! I love going everyday week because there are amazing trainers that cares a lot about you. Very worth going and trying out the classes!

I love it here! F8 has an energetic, knowledgeable, compassionate staff! They have such a wide variety of classes and equipment that there is something for everyone! They care for each persons individual training needs and they encourage any modifications necessary! They always welcome me with a smile and I leave feeling accomplished and motivated! Come check it out!
I have been doing the small group trading sessions at F8 for a couple of weeks now with Janis, and am loving it. It has really helped me get back into working out.
