Wonderful staff but the location is underground, space is a bit tight.
The 7 day trial is an absolute scam. I signed up for the 7 days trial pack which is supposed to be valid for a period of 10 days. Howeve it stopped my trial on the 7th day while I still had 3 classes left to do . I contacted the trainer and they said they have no idea of how this works and gave me an email id to write to. I wrote an email and called them multiple times. No calls no replies. Really bad customer service and employees with no knowledge and an even worse app interface. Visited this location for the first time, and I signed up for the cardio class. Pau and Franco were the coaches. Both did an amazing job welcoming us in, and guiding us through the workout. Pau pushes you to your highest potential, she was really attentive with a strong focus on each individual's strength and ability. Even after the workout she assisted with tips for recovery after an intensive workout. Was a difficult but fun workout with an amazing playlist to keep you motivated. Will be visiting more often!
