Visited this location for the first time, and I signed up for the cardio class. Pau and Franco were the coaches. Both did an amazing job welcoming us in, and guiding us through the workout. Pau pushes you to your highest potential, she was really attentive with a strong focus on each individual's strength and ability. Tina and Bau’s class was amazing such a clean and convienient location right next to the subway at Yorkville!
This F45 location is not clean and definitely not worth the money. Alcohol sprays and cleaning products are scarce, often unavailable, and the trainers do not clean the pods between classes. There’s sweat and grime left all over the equipment, making it feel unsanitary. To make things worse, I even saw a bug crawling on the floor, which I pointed out to a trainer, and they completely ignored it.
