The coaches at F45 Yorkville were amazing. The music was amazing. It was a Saturday. So they had a theme, it was 80s. Theme, and you dressed up, it was so fabulous. The workout was excellent. The participants were nice and friendly, and you would have a great time if you joined F45 Yorkville.

I just completed my 100th class today, and I can honestly say every single one has been great. The coaches at F45 Training Yorkville are incredibly professional, passionate, and bring such a high-energy vibe to every class. The equipment has also recently been upgraded, which makes the workouts even better. I especially recommend the HYROX Skill class — if you enjoy working out, it’s definitely something you should try at least once. Very excited for many more classes ahead. Highly recommend this studio!
