F45 Yorkdale is the place to be! I’m currently doing the 28-Day kickstarter program and absolutely loving it. The instructors are incredibly welcoming, friendly and they motivate you every step of the way. The functional training classes are a perfect mix of challenging and fun, and they cater to all fitness levels- so whether you’re just starting out or more advanced, you’ll feel right at home.
