Once I started coming here, I quickly realized I didn’t want to do anything else and quit my lifetime membership. These classes are so much fun (and perfectly adaptable to all fitness levels) and it’s truly a little community that I look forward to everyday! I’ve never felt so strong and fit in my life, after just 6 months!
I started attending F45 because it was close to home. After the first class I found more reasons to join the gym, it really went beyond my expectations. Fast, intense, diverse and functional group workout. Love it !
