Coaches know what they’re doing and is always there to help you. Very knowledgeable. I wasn’t there for a long time due to some unfortunate circumstances but I will definitely go back here when I can. 500 classes seems doable when you have these coaches guiding you throughout. I appreciate my time with you guys and Im sorry I called Tori out in the beginning

I didn’t like to leave a bad review but unfortunately I have to because since 3 weeks ago I came here in person to get some advice about gym no one was available to assist me so I left and sent them emails instead and they replied me late and didn’t give advise on time and now my time is wasted for gym and my patience is over and I registered somewhere else instead that answered all of my questions on time.

I cannot say enough great things about Whitby North F45. As someone who has never worked out much in my life, I have become addicted. Tori and Dani, and the other staff, have been instrumental in me finally enjoying a work out. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.
