I cannot say enough great things about Whitby North F45. As someone who has never worked out much in my life, I have become addicted. Tori and Dani, and the other staff, have been instrumental in me finally enjoying a work out. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.
The studio is very neatly maintained compared to others,which i liked.
Love love love this gym! All the coaches are so awesome and motivating. Coach Tori made the signing up process so easy for me and always helps me when needed!
I really love the coaches and the f45 sessions which is a 5 star.. I’m giving 2 stars due to the cancellation terms I’m going through and the admin process. I went for two and half months and since my muscles were tight I ended with knee injury. My physio asked me to stop f45 until my knees recover. Now I’ve been calling them time and again for cancellation. It goes to voicemail many times and calls were not returned.
