I’ve been coming here for about a month and I can honestly say F45 is great. The coaches Marcus, Rylee, Tommy and Nicholas are very supportive, knowledgeable and caring. The workouts are challenging but you push yourself at your pace.Also the members are all supportive and overall good people as well!
Great gym, awesome owner and coaches. Never have issues with getting into a class. I leave each work out absolutely obliterated and love it. Highly recommended.
Great workout. If you need to get a jump start on your routine I would say to start here. All the coaches (Beth, Nick, Marcus, Rylee, and Tommy) are willing and able to get you set up. You will see people from all age groups training with you. You'll get what you put in. Go to F45 West Hartford if you want to train like an athlete, build muscle and keep your bones strong, you'll get what you put in.
I started going to F45 about 2 years ago and absolutely love it. There are adults in there of all ages and fitness levels. I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. I’ve been coming to WeHa F45 since October and love it. It feels more like a community than any gym I’ve been to. The trainers knew my name from day one, check my form, and genuinely encourage you. Highly recommend.
