Marcus is an excellent teacher, always supportive and encouraging. This has really helped me to keep at it and now I'm feeling stronger (woohoo!).
I joined this studio for 7 months and I had to move to another state for work but this is the best functional training gym I’ve ever been to. I loved every class with Beth, Marcus and Tommy. They’re not only amazing and knowledgeable coaches, but they also care about every single person in their classes and make sure you’ll do the exercises with the right form and weight. Their dedication kept me motivated throughout my journey and will keep me motivated from now on. Thank you guys!
Absolutely LOVE F45 West Hartford!! I was here in Connecticut for about 9 weeks for a clinical rotation and I couldn’t be happier that I landed on this location. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and the coaches all learned my name after 1 workout! Really a community feel while also getting one heck of a training. Shoutout to Coach Tommy he always was making sure I was focusing on correct form and has just a good soul overall. If you’re thinking about trying F45 at this location - this is your sign to do it!
