Awesome F45! Had some issues using the Passport feature and they were very kind in helping me resolve it. Every coach I've had here has been super encouraging and makes an effort to know your name/challenge you throughout the class. Love coming here!

I love my gym! I’ve been here for 2+ years and it’s the first gym where I feel like I’ve made incredible connections. The members stand out to me for making such an impact and a warm community feel. The trainers work hard to create a welcoming atmosphere — and one where everyone is accepted. Open to all fitness levels, this is also a gym where newbies and veterans can modify or challenge themselves to the max. I highly recommend popping in for a trial — it could be exactly what you’re wanting ❤️ 💙🤍
