Came here using the F45 passport feature. The atmosphere was great! And the coaches made me feel welcomed. Will definitely come back here when I'm visiting the area again.
I visited F45 West Cary today and loved it! Very friendly atmosphere. The coaches, Matt and Jesse, were personable & motivating. They were welcoming and made you feel like part of a team.
400 classes in and still loving it. The instructors are super friendly and helpful. The equipment and facility are good quality. Good variety of exercises.
I had a great trial run at F45 in West Cary - and I've visited a lot of gyms so that's impressive. Each time I went during my 7 day trial, I was greeted by friendly trainers who showed genuine interest in my fitness level and goals. I prefer weights and really liked the hybrid days when I could choose between cardio or weight training, depending on how my body felt. And I haven't worked out at a gym that had tvs with instructions - my ADHD brain REALLY benefited from it! F45 set the bar high and I will definitely be back!
